I have a question for the forum. We have a contract to retrofit an existing building for a "White Cap Construction Supply". This company sells a wide variety of items and no one item has a high concentration. Rack storage is a maximum of 20'. Racks cover roughly 60 to 70 percent of the area and the balance is cantilever racks 6' high. This has mixed Commodity Class with in our opinion is class II, III, & IV, and possibly small areas of group "A" plastics. What class should this be designed to ?
