Robert: Where is that? I've got the 2006 and it references IBC, but not IFC. A couple of occupancy specific fire flow rates are prescribed, as for refueling facilities and parking areas, but there isn't a table or matrix as we conventionally use.

The question is what reduction you can take for sprinklers. Code says "up to" 75% with approval of the AHJ; obviously, most municipal FD's offer 50%. What NAVFAC or another DOD AHJ will offer is likely subjective and/or project-specific.
