Painful as it might be, would it be an idea to completely uninstall and try installing afresh?
That's hardly ever a solution. I never had to do this. And I'm likely up- and down-grading more often than most people here.
Did you run a test without any 3rd party plugins? Then add them back in one by one, starting with the streaming services?
