You are not dense... The ping looks good. I am troubled by the ipconfig
-all results but I don't know too much about networking. You have other
adapters listed. Are these related to a VPN device? I also wonder if
there is a security issue with the VPN or DNS that doesn't want to
resolve the domain name.

Are you free to mess with the network settings on this computer? I only
mention because if it's issued from your employer, you may want to tread
lightly. I was going to suggest to disable the other network adapters
and see if that made any difference. If it's your employer's computer
(or network device) you could call the help desk and tell them what
your trying to do. They may be able to help.

I don't have any other suggestions at this time. All the stuff you did
was correct. Here is my screenshot of ipconfig for reference. It is
quite a bit simpler.
