I was just googling that term and trying to learn a bit. I don't know much about this, but it appears to be used in the context of 1) IPv6 conversion or v4/v6 indermediates 2) certain P2P file-sharing applications.
In reference to 1) I'm still using IPv4 and know just a little about the eventuality of the global conversion to IPv6. Your ISP may want you to use this. (My knee-jerk reaction is to eschew tech with which I'm unfamiliar, but that's not necessarily the best approach.) In reference to item 2) the Teredo pseudo-adapter may be there for P2P software or some other reason I don't understand. If so, you could uninstall or disable these types of applications to see if that helps your Squeezebox connection problem. I don't use P2P sharing.
