I recommend the Acard 133 card. My experience is that it has
excellent compatibility in the lower S900 slots, while Sonnet
products (mostly) use FirmTek firmware which have an issue if they're
in our lower slots.
The 133 Acard is the AEC-6280M. They have a pretty user friendly
website, so check out their offerings there <http://www.acard.com>.
These folks have the AEC-6280M for $64:
<http://www.getlaptop.com/aec-6280m.htm>. I was very frustrated with
all my disk controller cards wanting the top slots, but this one is
quite happy in a lower slot.
They also have the PC version of the card, but strangely, they want
$39.99 for it when the Acard store sells it for $30. This is mostly
irrelevant, but the cards are convertible with a level of effort that
I'd rate as medium-high.
