Whoops, forgot to reply-all; a previous message: I assume we're also talking here about something simple like email all unverified accounts again, and including something about Fennec in that email? (Do we have a record of what kind of device they started verification from?)
For single device users we could also pop up a reminder in the browser about Fennec (and eventually ios) --- Then given the discussion I was curious what the verification email actually looked like: Almost there [email protected], you're one click away from verifying your Firefox Account. Verify <https://accounts.firefox.com/v1/verify_email?uid=> This is an automated email; if you received it in error, no action is required. For more information, please visit Mozilla Support <https://support.mozilla.org>And then when you verify you get this page: Account verified Success Your account is ready! (with a big green checkmark that didn't copy) So it seems like there's some low-hanging fruit in just adjusting the email and the confirmation page, and a chance to do some easy A/B testing around it.
