A matter of usage behaviour, I suppose. If I start TheBat at nine in the morning and at ten have to discover that it's not like nobody would have sent me any mail in the meantime but that TheBat's joblist has frozen and is simply not collecting the new mail already piling up in my account, for me that's the definition of "not usable". If I have to discover days after answering some mails that my answers in fact hadn't been sent as directed but are still lingering in the out folder, that also constitutes "not usable".
