I have four different machines in my home running different versions of TheBat. I supervise a small office with four more machines, all with TheBat. At work I use TheBat on two more machines and have also tried Voyager. The machines use different versions of TheBat, different email providers and accounts, different network connections not to mention different hardware and even different operating systems. The failures of TheBat occur in similar fashion on each of the machines. Additionally, how do you get the idea that the failures would only occur at my place? You can't very well deny that there's a pretty extensive crowd around that is seeing problems like this.
