My XP system here was initially the most unstable experience I've ever had with an operating system. Turns out to be the video card, the drivers for it and the system BIOS. I updated the system BIOS, and used the latest drivers from MS and haven't had a problem since. That's NT for you. It can be rock solid once it's properly outfitted with compatible hardware with good drivers. A bad driver can however bring it to its knees. If you're getting regular BSOD's with XP, your problem lies there. - -- -=Allie C Martin=- List Moderator | TB! v1.61 | Windows XP Pro PGP/GPG Public Key: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]?Subject=2B0717E2 _________________________________________________________________ -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- iEYEARECAAYFAj0ysLAACgkQV8nrYCsHF+LchgCg9S+PMDbPmhBL8Zg/Ba/WC374 nYkAoNWku648Traz5OWkwzqq6FogFgp0 =ZGuU -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ________________________________________________________ Current Ver: 1.61 FAQ : http://faq.thebat.dutaint.com Unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Archives : http://tbudl.thebat.dutaint.com Moderators : mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] TBTech List: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Bug Reports: https://www.ritlabs.com/bt/
