Once in the OE format, Mailbag Assistant can import it and export it to a number of different formats, the most appropriate of which for importing into TB! would probably be Unix-style. The OE message base can be split up or aggregated in Mailbag Assistant however it makes sense, and then exported (or appended, if need be). If the routines are sufficiently uniform, a script can be used in Mailbag Assistant to do what needs doing.
