Hi Mary,

Maybe this is of help to you. It is a filter that automaticly adds
everyone in the folder to addressgroup "Auto". It is set to not-active
manual, but you could als assign a hot key.

BeginFilter
Name: Auto add
Active: 1
Source: \\account\Inbox\\Direct Mails
Target: \\account\Inbox\\Direct Mails
CopyFolder: \\\\none
MainSet: 00@
Actions: faAddAddress,faoManualOnly,faoAdvAddressOut
AddGroups: Auto
ColourGroup: <default>
AddAddrItems: afiFrom,
DelAddrItems: afiFrom,
NoAddrGroups: Auto
KillMethod: 0
EndFilter
