It's bad because:
(1) Most people using it could achieve all the necessary protection 
just by configuring their systems properly;
(2) It sends out warnings about possible "attacks" that are normal 
system behavior, thereby causing unnecessary alarm and wasting time.

The  main trouble it causes is that some programs don't work properly 
when Zone Alarm is installed, at least without making certain changes.
