We use the pnp4nagios addon for nagios - which I believe is the best of
the current bunch of graphing add-ons. While the graphing is not as easy
to customize as cacti or full-featured as zabbix, armed with a bit of
rrdtool knowledge you can create some very good-looking graphs.
