Tiddly Wiki is a personal notebook which can be used to store all your thoughts in an easy to manage flash cards style system. You can easily link from one card to another as well as group topics and thoughts with tags #nohashtagneeded.
It comes in a single file which can be opened and edited in any browser and saved back to you usb stick or your pc. If you want more there are off the shelf plugins available to add functionality to your Wiki and the ability to customise it into something unique and bespoke for your needs.
