I agree with the concept. Let me add a few thoughts: 1. yes, some terms need to be improved/simplified, 2. changing the strings at the source /is/ the right method, but should be considered an API change and only happen in the trunk, some time from now and until an "API freeze" phase of 5.2. Then, give time for other languages to catch up with translations. 3. We could have en_GB for UK users, en_US for USA ones and /en_INTL/ for those who just want English as a reference for their non-English language. Thus, there is no absolutely correct set of terminology, just because English is used by many groups. 4. coudln't we use OpenERP itself (through the 'idea' module) for submitting our suggestions and voting them?
