@ana Ana i'm really proud about your work on community, but sometimes, when the people become in a good freelance. Them forgot the trully importance of teams, companies, strategy, sinergy and others. I think this is your case. @@@Talking about Community Vs Partners Let me please, explain my point of view before you take a wrong idea of what i want to say (in english is so dificult to be soft for me). The WE list We become in partners at Last September, when We begin our Idea of business We believe in OpenERP "a year ago!", and We got an angel invest, and They paid the partnership for us, We took the training on belgium, We work by ourself "like team" to improve OpenERP and today!. We demostrate with money because We believe, We are partners in Venezuela, We had invested at least 30.000 dollars on localizaton, training and others, (in Latin America is a really big quantity of money 4 Families can live in my country a year with this money.) Why all this stuff had the _ same _ value that the _ same _ work that the community makes??? If the _ only _ difference between a really good freelance like you and all my team is that we paid by position on webpage ¡¡¡¡directly!!!! because in our team there are MRP experts, accounting expert, a python programer, a project manager a secretary, a callcenter. I mean, when you said:

You can send an email to tiny and they will explain the pocedures, but FIRST become in partner. Important: The "Software Libre" philosofy does not talk about Free Beer but It talks about Freedom, you have the freedom of become in partner or not, but belieive me, all this ecosystem needs direction, vision, strategy, this is not about a Software that can die in some moment, for Us like company is important to have the security of the growth will be stable and real, with the objectve to move this security to my clients, this has a cost, How much? The partnership!!
