I need to give a HUGE HUGE HUGE apologies to Ana, I review my post and check that it can be read like a direct attact to her, and (because my english is so bad) I will to rewrite my post to explain better by myself!. Ana you are one of persons in this community we have had more contact and more help, i feel a great respect by you and your work, exactly the same that i feel for all the contribuitors that whitout expect nothing to change give them help freely. And i have toldl you by phone several times this! Sorry for my wrong post.
Now the corrections, because my point of view is not about Ana is about the Software Libre Model Business Vs Privative Software Model Business, and the middle way IMHO (Tinys Community and Business Model). I want to say that before be partner i was community, but, when i become in partner i didn't change my community point of view, even we follow absolutlly the model of community of Tiny and the model of Community's OpenObject, we program over launchpad, we resolve bug to other peoples without cost, we improve a vision of our localization, we make public all our plans on BluePrint Formats over Launchpad, we colaborate on all forums, we share knowledge even we resolve little problems only for improve a better tool on central branch. But Now the rewrite!. What is the only _ difference _ between Partners and Community?, trying to say that Community and almost all partners make the same. -- Money! -- Nothing else!!! believe me, we don't receive special treatment from tiny!, only a little link to our webpage, and leads from them, that IMHO are the sames that we receive when the people contact to us through our information contact in our posts!!!! What is the point??? But the community needs to ask other question before.: Can the community be in the _teams_ directly related to openObject??... the answer is and have been ever YES. Can the community improve the _strategy_ directly related to openObject??... the answer is and have been ever YES. Can the community ask for resolve a _bug_ directly related to openObject??... the answer is and have been ever YES. Can the community ask for _help_ directly related to openObject??... the answer is and have been ever YES. Can the community use and reproduce the _documentation_ directly related to openObject??... the answer is and have been ever YES. And Now: Can the community has a Logo on OpenErp.com? No.... the companies or people that want to have them logos on this webpage need to pay!!! But Can the community has a Logo on OpenErp.com put the OpenERP logo on them webpage to be themselves related with the software? and the answer is again yes...... Has the community some kind of obligation with tiny before or after to use all the services? No!!! The real big question, How can I be sure that in the future will I receive all this benefits???, because, The time of the people behind tiny is paid!! and constant!!, who pay for them salaries?? I have 2 options. -- I take advantage, becoming the blind person of this fact! and I learn all about the software and I am always prepared to make an investment of money and a make a fork "in case of......" or -- I colaborate (WHEN YOU DECIDE DO IT) becoming in partner, like @loops said, shoping services from Fabien's Shop, a product of this shop is "The Partnership!" I feel better with the second option!!!!! If somebody else have an idea of products and services that give for free all these benefits!!!! IMHO, the only way to return that benefits is buying (I have made several times) them products (certifieds or not), a certification is not the only way to proof that a software or service is good enought! , our expertice, and knowledge like final users or expert users must be alert. In this way, is essential that all the community and partners work toghether without make comparisions between presence or not presence on a webpage!, we need to improve and solve the problems on software toghether! Editor - Community and Partners, and this news about the partner with somebody that buy a part of tiny for 3 millions of Euros, IMHO Is the best news that i received about OpenERP.
