Some of the work might not be up to the standards but not everything developed and being developed here are craps. Most of the people working here are really smart and talented young people producing really good work. IMO this is one of the reason of this success. They are not burden but really an asset for the company. What they need is some praise, recognition and guidance by the experienced people from inside (the company) and outside (the community).
