@Nhomar

This is a little bit off-topic (in the post I consider the most important in a
lot of time) but I can't stand anymore the criticism around Ana and the way she
works. This indirectly also goes for you Raphäel.

@Nhomar, when you say:

> Ana i'm really proud about your work on community, but sometimes, when the
> people become in a good freelance. Them forgot the trully importance of
> teams, companies, strategy, sinergy and others. I think this is your case.

Ups, you are thinking very wrong. Sometimes it's better stay quiet when you
don't know what you are talking about, as in this case. Above all when the
sentence itself has nonsense, because when it's required she collaborate with
us or other Spanish partner (so she's not a freelance hermit living in her cave
and her abilities in teaming are out of doubt), and I've just got good words
for she. And of course, her job and initiatives for the spanish community are
very laudable... she has not forgotten anything as you said, and proved that
daily to me and to the Spanish community.

You say:

> our team there are MRP experts, accounting expert, a python programer, a
> project manager a secretary, a callcenter.

As a freelancer she's:
- A proved MRP expert: she has found a lot of bugs and proposed a lot of
blueprints and improvements.
- Accounting expert: she's not an expert, but she can deal with the an
accounting implementation here in Spain. (Thanks to work of expert guys from
the spanish community)
- Python programmer: When needed, she hires one like us.
- Project manager: As I explained, she's for us when needed. When it's not
needed, she's by herself.
- Secretary and callcenter: Not needed, she's by herself also.
- I'd add: functional expert, blogger, teacher, ecommerce expert, mum....

So, she can do by herself all the things you team do. And she makes money from
OpenERP and improves it, of course maybe more in a functional way. So, MAXIMUM
RESPECT for she and her work.
