Hello All, It has been my understanding that with TM one must have lesions on the spine but not on the brain. If one has lesions on the brain it is indicative of MS. Frank, They were never able to locate a lesion on my spine and from what I have read on the message forums this is true for alot of people. I had mutiple MRIs done both with and without contrast.
