most of the time i cant stand to have anything at all on my legs good to see that some get relief

I have found that if I wear soft long underwear under my jeans it doesn't bother me and helps to keep me warmer. I too always have the pins & needles plus the burning/freezing all the time, but it is so much worse in the evening.. I believe that I have learned to live with it since I am able to fall asleep and stay asleep all night except to go potty at least once maybe twice. I have also been told by doctors that the pins & needles in the feet is called neuropathy, which is the same nerve pain that people with diabetes suffer from.
