You may need to play around a bit more with iPEng. I've not noticed any "glitches" with ipeng, but there is a tiny bit of learning curve to understand how it works. One issue, make sure you let ipeng fully load up the album list, etc. after you've done a clear and rescan on your SbS. It may take a few minutes depending on the library size.
