hi zoran,

had the same problem a while back copying files from a mac running 10.2.4 to
a windows pc running w2k.

gave me exactly the same set of errors, very frustrating!

i still haven't got the end of it (the only way round i found was to use ftp
in the end, worked a treat but not as convenient as using the finder) and
the only 'common' thing i could find the was the size of files i was copying
seemed to cause the error.

for example, it wouldn't copy 200 jpg's that were around 10k in size - but i
more than happily chugged away with 150ish tiff files that were around 10meg
each.

the other thing i've noticed is that the file listing for a mounted samba
volume on the mac doesn't refresh it's listing, e.g if i mount the pc drive
and open the window, then copy some new files into the pc drive it wont
update - the only way round it is to unmount and remount the drive.

far from perfect!

cheers,

jake
