Depends what it is, though.

For instance, there were 3 CDs of DivX "Invader Zim" on there. (It's an 
excellent kid's animated TV show from America - bit I don't watch TV and 
had neverseen it.)

Firstly, each file is 150MB or so, and the Mac won't serve files that big 
reliably; secondly, as they're MPEG4, they're *highly* compressed already 
and Zipping them won't make any difference. If you try to compress 
something that's already compressed, it tends to get /bigger./
