At one point I access to my EtherTalk services (file/print/etc) from Airport working. The whole LAN is behind a Linksys four port NAT/switch. The main issue is that EtherTalk will not go through NAT. If you configure the Airport to not do NAT and not hand out DHCP address and to act as a bridge, then you can get it two work. On my dual ethernet Airport that means you connect to your LAN via the second ethernet connector.
I later decided that having my neighbors potentially accessing my file server was a bad idea, so I am no longer set up this way. But it is possible and I have done it.
