Oh ... I thought someone was looking for a Serial Port to USB Port type
converter ... which I don't believe exists.

Serial MIDI yes,
but Serial USB ... No? ...

There are several USB midi controllers, from Roland, M-Audio, and so
on. Just do a "USB MIDI" search on google.
