Not.  USB is "smart", serial "dumb", one can always "dumb down" a smart
signal, but I doubt anyone will make a converter the other way. Seems to
me I have seen this question before, either here or the PCI PowerMac
list...
I’m sure the local Radio Shack will sell you a usb-to-serial-adapter for
not much money.
