OK. So at the mo, no-one can freely say what the base requirements for
Leopard are likely to be. Guess we must see what WWDC reveals, then.
After months of experiment, I've decided to revert all but one of my
Tiger machines back to Panther. While some things definitely improve
with each major OS release, others just seem to get bogged down in new
eye-candy. It's not much of a problem for new Macs since their newer
GPUs are built to take this load, but it doesn't suit the unsupported
LEM approach. I guess you guys are seeing a similar trend with
progressive versions of iLife.

Ya, in general, iLife 6 requires a 400-MHz+ PPC G3, G4 or G5 and Mac
OS X 10.3.6 or later.
But the specifics can kill LEMers...
