You click the link in the bottom of an email from the list: To unsubscribe, e-mail:

Send the email.
Reply to the confirmation notice you receive.
You need a class to do that???
It is the same process you followed to subscribe to the mailing list.
Oh, and after confirming your subscription to the mailing list you receive an email telling how
to unsubscribe as well as other information about the list.
It ain't rocket science. No class required unless one is a complete idiot, in which case a
class would not likely be useful.
