OK, try this: View|Toolbars|click 'Text' Now drag that box to the end of
your normal toolbar and it will dock in place.

To add to the Drawing toolbar if it is not showing: right click the very
left of the drawing toolbar and select 'Visible Buttons' and click 'Text'.
