It was mStar that signed and connected me, so I have no experience with new Broadweave service. My only gripe with Broadweave since the changeover is that the direct-pay billing from mStar didn't transfer to Broadweave the way it should have. Took a few days/hours to straighten out and get Broadweave to credit the payments already made to mStar.
