Sp. Fork doesn't have a fiber network. They still go over the cable 
connection. That said, it's not too pricey, like $30 per month, and it's 
pretty fast too. I get like 5 Mbits/sec and run my voip phone with 
Arrivaltel.

Comcast is also available as is Qwest DSL, but SF.net is the fastest of 
those 3.
