Spanish Fork uses a fiber network for their backbone and switches to cable 
for the last-mile run to the house.  So far, it has been my best broadband 
service.  Yes, it has a few issues from time to time, but overall it has 
been great.  And, you can't beat the price of $28 when you also get cable.
