I know that the "Not car wars" mod uses actual counters of Xs to mark off boxes. Layers would be good but with large numbers, say 30+ boxes would get very tedious to program.
Maybe the properties list would be more usefull if a lot less pretty then the SSD type idea you have in mind. So no I am not making SFB for public consumption, I am trying for a generic design that If I am doing a Starwars, star trek, Babylon 5, Aliens what ever I have the basics layed out. Marc that is the basic Idea though using the SSD's Ship control sheets, what ever you want to call them layout, B5 also has the same picture of Star ship outline and boxes inside them to be ticked off when damaged. I have always like the idea and if I make my own it shouldn't be an issue. So if I was to use a layout similar to the SSD's what would be the best option to proceed? I am not 100 percent sure about How to create another layer for the checkmarks with an activation comand but I am reviewing the help file now. Is there a Mod with a similar idea out there that someone could suggest? Regards Brett [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] Yahoo!
