I like trac. Its a projectmanagement tool with the MoinMoin wiki
engine. Simple to install and a lot of nice features ( xml-rpc ,
subwiki's, and a lot of hacks to tweak it)

I found out that a lot open-source projects uses trac to maintaine the
code, tickets and use the wiki for documentation, information,
howtows...

so perhpas it is something to think about for a vim viki. 

Nice would be if we could integrate the wiki in vim, so that the use
could easily get the information out of it, ie: ':Wiki scripting'
