I am convinced that: > - a) the steam was bone dry; > Regardless of what is happening in the unofficial demo, I will remain convinced the steam was sopping wet until someone explains how a system that takes 30 minutes to go from 0 to 1 kW can go from 1 kW to 10 kW in a minute or so, why it remains pinned at the boiling point, and how the temperature can dip briefly below 100C if the steam was dry, requiring toggling between 10 kW and 1 kW power in a few minutes.
