a good society? For all americans, not only for the rich? >>

----> Actually, the fear of government has a LOT to do with it. I can't
access my files right now, because the server is down, but stored there I
have some very interesting quotes from an early 20th century U.S. Army
training manual that are a real eye opener as to how one should feel about
government and why being a republic is much better than being a democracy ...

Obviously, this was before political correctness took over, when the truth
could still be told without fear of reprisals...

<< Those guns are used less skilful than when proffesionals handle them >>
----> I'd have to disagree with that statement. I've never received any
formal training -- just what I learned from my husband ... but I know that
guns are NOT toys, that ALL guns are loaded -- even the "unloaded" ones ...
that you never point a gun at anyone unless you intend to use it ... that
shooting someone means you want to kill them ... and while I'm much better
with my 30-30 than I am with a revolver, I can take the caps off of bottles
at 25' with a .22 pistol.
