I've never received any formal training -- just what I learned from my husband ... but I know that guns are NOT toys, that ALL guns are loaded -- even the "unloaded" ones ... that you never point a gun at anyone unless you intend to use it ... that shooting someone means you want to kill them ... and while I'm much better with my 30-30 than I am with a revolver, I can take the caps off of bottles at 25' with a .22 pistol.
