A Wiki should be available for all contributors and all project
content. Both goals are not met with the XWiki installation because
you force users to use the XWiki format which is not supported by any
other software.
This policy will drive contributors away from the Wiki which defeats
its purpose.

I am unable to update the documentation of our projects because it is
not possible to create and maintain the XWiki format with external
tools.
There is no interoperability between XWiki and the rest of the world.
