they should be as long as the ones that are already on the site. Something like 
this:

Writer | Extensions for Writer | Extensions that could be used to extend the 
word 
processor module. 

or

Presentation|Presentation-Templates|Templates for presentations (Impress). 

The second part will be shown in the drop down menu. The last one should be 
only one 
sentence, that makes clear, what the category means at all. I had to examine 
where 
and how this description will be shown to the user. Maybe I had to work on the 
code 
again for that.
