I appreciate your speaking up, Ben. If, while James was a board member, financial information was being withheld from him, that would indeed be another problem that should be included in the scope of an investigation of this situation by an outside party. It would also be troubling to me if there was some significant financial problem and the Audit Committee was not proactively informed of it.
