xmlto was missed on the Mint list, it will be fixed on the next release.

This a package manager situation. portaudio19-dev (which depends on
libjack-dev) conflicts with several Jack packages. I had this mapped out
at one point. It only affects Mint in the 14.04 series as for some
unknown reason they chose to add Audacity as a default package to their
desktop.

This may affect WSJT and WSPR, but as long as portaudio-dev is still
installed, you should be ok.
