Hi Bill

Yes I am using v1.6.-0-devel, r5567 so this may well be the reason you
can't duplicate it on 1.5. Thus my original comments may not be
relevant to 1.5 on which the issue was originally raised. If so they can
be ignored as it is not a critical issue.

And it does happen with JT9 and JT65 as well as JT4 and WSPR. Also
happens whether the VHF/UHF/Microwave features are turned on or off.

The sequence of actions is:

1. Set the mode to JT4 (or any other mode)
2. Press "Enable TX" , which will be highlighted in Red and wait until
the next TX sequence when it will start sending tones and showing the
TX: "Message" indicator .
3. Press "Halt TX" and the tones will stop as well as the switched PTT.
"Enable TX" will stay on Red
4. The TX: :Message" indicator will go off momentarily but then return
and stay on until the end of the particular period.

Other than the confusion that having the TX: "message" indicator stay on
when Txing has stopped there is no particular functional problem - so a
nice to fix rather than something critical.

Rex
