Hi Mike,

CW IDs are sent in all the "slow" modes according to the CW ID settings. 
So on WSPR that means at the CW interval since there is no "end of QSO" 
state for WSPR.

The CW ID is synthesised at 100% audio level so it is the same power as 
the normal transmissions. Although steps are taken to soften the keying 
transitions, some extra bandwidth is going to be used due to the AM 
nature of CW.
