Closing wsjtx leaves a running instance and lockfile which has to be
killed manually.
That is because it leaves a "pulse" sub process hanging.
This have been noticed already a month ago with 1.9.1 and F28.
Just select *input *and *output* devices to be *alsa.input.xxx* and
*alsa.output.xxx* where *xxx *might be either***us**b *or *pci
*depending your sound device.
Then everything should work and no lock file is left after closing down.
I'm still waiting with F27 on "main hamshack computer". Two others run
F28 already.
