John, The file that Bill sent to you should be placed in the ~/Library/Preferences folder. This is the folder that your existing WSJT-X.ini file is located in. You should be able to open the ~/Library/Preferences folder and simply grab the attachment that Bill sent and drag it into that folder. When you are done you should see both WSJT-X.ini and wsjtx_log_config.ini next to (or near) each other in the list of files in that folder.
