VMware server doesn't have vmotion.  There is no such thing as "vsphere",
that's the marketing name for the entire product suite.  vCenter is only
required for advanced functionality like HA/DPM/DRS that you don't have with
VMware server either.

Are you just throwing out buzzwords, or do you actually know what they do?
