That's not what I was referring to.  We have had a huge discussion of 
these issues (Quddus, Letters, concept of "zuhur", etc) on the old 
Talisman list and there may well be hundreds of posting on the topics.  It 
can hardly be summarized into a single post or internet reference point. 
It needs a very detailed paper, which as yet is not ready for publication 
(though, as you know, much work has occurred on it). 

I just didn't want to open that topic here, knowing the complexity of the 
issues.  It certainly can't be settle by a memo by the Research Dept, as 
well intending as that may be.
