Today, I tried registering with IRCTC app for the first time. Registration was impossible because the site shows different in different browsers. While MS edge showed the correct fields, the captcha was a huge problem since it did not refresh. I tried the same on the IOS app, which kept displaying some error message.
Overall, very disappointing. This is such an important service and I basically wanted to take full control of my train ticketing process and all I found was a huge barrier.
