I think Sharon is hitting the nail on the head with this one.
Truth be told, it's been hardly 50 years since Rosa Parks took her brave stand 
on that bus, 
and even though that was a great and admirable first step, it has been and 
still is an uphill 
battle for many African Americans.
It shocks me how much racism still exists in our world, and sometimes it comes 
from 
surprising sources.
And as far as Tommy Deseno attacking Jim Keady for his views involving this 
issue, how 
can Tommy comment about the black community? He's not black. He can't 
understand 
what that means. He hears the word basketball, and all of a sudden he 
racializes it.
Give me a break.
